My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in neuroscience, biology, psychology, and attachment models. I enjoy running an eclectic practice with a variety of clients and issues related to grief, trauma, life transition, and relationships. In addition to a traditional therapy model with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, I also engage in therapy intensives with clients to get to the core of their issues amd truly heal with experiential evidence-based modalities such as art therapy, movement therapy, nature therapy, and more. I meet with clients virtually or at The Wellness Farm, a therapetuic carefarm in Bluffdale, Utah.
Clients can say hi to our sweet farm animals while at their appointment. I am also a leading perinatal & reproductive mental health therapist with specific specialties in infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, adoption, and third-party reproduction. This population represents about half of my practice.
