Hi there, I am a licensed psychologist trained in both clinical and forensic psychology. I provide individual and couples therapy services in College Station/Bryan area. My therapeutic experience has been with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, and other mental health diagnoses. Additional areas of specialty include coping with life stressors and life transitions. I do not believe that therapy is a one size fits all process. I work with you to help identify the issues you are facing and create goals tailored to you. You are in the driving seat, and my role is to help you reach your destination.
My goals in working with you are to help you develop and practice skills that will serve you for life. To provide you with a safe space to discuss your needs and provide you with support and tools to help you grow as an individual. You play an active role in your therapy sessions, it's your opportunity to be heard, be seen, and enhance your capabilities.
My main focus is to ensure you have a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss stressors, insecurities, and difficulties that you may have never explored before. Taking the first step is hard and can be scary, but I am right here with you on this journey. My therapy techniques are evidence-based and diverse to help me provide my clients with what they need.
