My therapy approach offers a direct and empathetic style to increase self discovery compassionately to support growth. I help individuals and couples using the Gottman Model, gain insight and understanding within themselves and their partners to harness skills in communication, vulnerability, and connection while rebuilding trust and commitment.
My style is growth focused, honest and compassionate. I want my clients to feel comfortable and confident in the tools and insight they develop with me to use in their every day life to ensure they find and maintain the relationships they want and deserve.
