Currently accepting new clients! I specialize in working with college students and young adults (18-30). I view this age as an optimal window to be working on ourselves, growing, and addressing patterns that may no longer serve us. In addition, I enjoy working with folks of other ages, and couples of any presentation (LGBTQ+, married, dating, engaged, separating). If you're struggling with life transitions, trauma, stress, overwhelm, exploring family of origin concerns, relationship concerns, or gender/sexuality presentation, I may be the right therapist for you!
I can help you manage and cope with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or personality disorders. Or we can work together to address tough experiences, life transitions, family of origin concerns, identity issues, work or academic stressors. I am also a Certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a treatment for PTSD.
I'd love to be a part of your growing and healing process, and to build a genuine relationship of trust where you feel heard and understood. Reach out today for a free 15 minute consultation where we can get to know one another and determine whether this feels like the right fit for you. All sessions are conducted via telehealth.
