I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years experience. I bring a strong sense of compassion to my work as a therapist that is rooted in the belief that everyone's pain is valid. People often minimize their suffering because they believe that someone else has had it worse, that they should be able to handle it better or they tell themselves that their pain does not matter.
This can lead to disconnection from the deepest parts of ourselves that need our love and attention the most. I am always striving to help my clients begin the process of healing and uncovering who they authentically are and what they truly need.
I specialize in grief, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, cultivating self-compassion, motherhood and parenting, life transitions, trauma and repairing childhood wounds. I am a certified ACNP (Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents) therapist and was trained by world-renowned grief expert David Kessler to become a Certified Grief Educator.
My practice gives clients a safe and non-judgmental place to understand painful and overwhelming feelings, gain insight into unhealthy relationship patterns, explore confusing or scary thoughts and process grief and loss. I help my clients move towards a place of healing to find more peace, connection, meaning and an overall greater sense of well-being.
