In my practice I serve toddlers, children, teens, and adults, assisting individuals with reducing and processing feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma responses. I most frequently work with individuals experiencing OCD, ADHD, BPD, PTSD, Dissociation, & Panic/ Anxiety Disorders.
As a mental health provider, I have been trained to work with individuals across the life course. I focus on the treatment of trauma and loss by providing EMDR & IFS for individuals of all ages. I also specialize in treating children through Play Therapy, and parent-child dyad work. Lastly, I offer EMDR consultation for EMDR therapists.
