I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children (5+), adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns. I believe we are all children at heart. This perspective fuels my commitment to work patiently and compassionately with clients across the lifespan. I draw from a variety of evidence-based and relational frameworks, including person-centered, cognitive and dialectical/behavioral, narrative, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Logotherapy, psychoanalytic insight, and solution-focused therapies. When requested, I am also able to integrate a Christian faith-based perspective.
