I specialize in assisting other helping professionals interested in learning to work in sustainable ways without sacrificing their wellbeing. I draw from 25 years of working with trauma, grief and relationship issues and offer a compassionate, safe space to share, overcome barriers and build resiliency for future wellbeing.
