I work with high-achieving clients who have a harsh inner critical voice that keeps them from feeling never-good-enough. Their inner critic perpetuates a heaviness that keeps them from feeling accomplished. They have an "as soon as xyz, then I can relax" mindset, but that day never comes. I also work with clients experiencing/anticipating loss. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, a home, or one's health, a grieving heart must be held and not be alone in the pain. My personalized approach helps soften the nervous system, so clients feel lighter, healthier, more connected, and more present in their lives.

What makes me different? I offer an upgrade to traditional therapy by using a mind-body approach that blends therapy/coaching with nutrition, embodiment, breathwork, nature, and mindfulness, and for some, ketamine assisted therapy. I value quality and outcomes; I offer more of my time, my sessions are 60 mins, and I include text support in between sessions.
