What makes me different? I offer an upgrade to traditional therapy by using a MIND/BODY approach that integrates nurtition, movement, nature, and mindfulness into therapy sessions. I also offer MORE SUPPORT: Instead of 50 mins, my sessions are a full 60 mins. As well, I offer texting in between sessions. This extra support helps you to feel better faster!
