I am a pre-licensed professional counselor with specialized experience working with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. I have focused on supporting those navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar I/II, and other mood and behavioral challenges. I have worked across various settings, including schools, crisis intervention services, and outpatient care, providing compassionate support tailored to each individual's needs.
I work with individuals and families who are coping with complex trauma, mood disturbances, attention and hyperactivity concerns, behavioral difficulties, and relational conflict. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices, and centered on fostering growth, healing, and resilience.
I earned my Master's in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, I also collaborate with a team of experts focused on Possibility Development—a concept introduced by UPenn GSE's Professor Michael J. Nakkula. Possibility Development empowers youth to envision their brightest futures.
