I am a psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner with specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Healing takes many forms, and I offer several pathways—each grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and respect for the human spirit. For those interested, the healing process can be supported by the occasional and legal use of ketamine or psilocybin mushrooms (Colorado). Combined with therapy, these medicines aid in processing trauma wounds and help us reconnect with our authentic self. This emerging, evidence-based approach has shown effectiveness in addressing depression, anxiety, PTSD, end-of-life amongst some.

As a licensed natural medicine facilitator, I offer compassionately held psilocybin journeys that honor the sacred healing potential of these medicines. My work is rooted in presence, intuition, and deep respect for each person's inner wisdom and unique path toward wholeness.

Currently I am offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Psilocybin journeys (Colorado) for individuals or in a closed Group setting.

A 6- Week Group Program To Treat Anxiety & Depression Winter/Spring Session Union Square, NY. Our 6-week program is designed to increase psychological flexibility by taking you out of your habitual ways of thinking & being and allowing you to have a new experience of yourself, with others and the world. KAP will be supported by mindfulness, parts work, trauma & attachment oriented, psychodynamic therapy, use of somatic experiencing, art, poetry, and other exercises or prompts that build trust and connection.
