7-week, low-fee BIPOC KAP Group The program includes: * Small, cohesive groups (6-7) with two therapists * Weeks 1 – 3: Three 90 min online preparation sessions * Weeks 4 – 6: Three consecutive 3 hour in-person ketamine sessions with troches * Three 90 min online integration sessions, one after each medicine session * Week 7: One-month follow up after the final ketamine session * Ongoing connection to the group/community over the course of treatment. A 6- Week Group Program To Treat Anxiety & Depression Winter/Spring Session Union Square, NY. Our 6-week program is designed to increase psychological flexibility by taking you out of your habitual ways of thinking & being and allowing you to have a new experience of yourself, with others and the world. KAP will be supported by mindfulness, parts work, trauma & attachment oriented, psychodynamic therapy, use of somatic experiencing, art, poetry, and other exercises or prompts that build trust and connection.
