Navigating Uncertainty as an Immigrant in the U.S.

This 6-week virtual therapy group offers a supportive space for immigrants navigating stress, uncertainty, identity, and belonging in today’s social climate. Participants will connect with others who understand the immigrant experience while processing emotions and strengthening resilience. The group will meet weekly for 90 minutes and is limited to 6 participants to foster meaningful discussion. If you are interested, you may add your name to the interest list. Once at least four participants are identified, we will coordinate scheduling and complete individual intake sessions to ensure group fit. Private pay: $450 for 6 weeks; $150 intake. Limited sliding scale available. Superbills provided.

Men’s Interpersonal Group: Isolation to Connection

Many men struggle with isolation, difficulty expressing themselves, or feeling misunderstood—this group offers a space to change that. Through real-time interaction and guided feedback, participants gain insight into relationship patterns, practice new ways of communicating, and develop stronger social confidence. The group meets weekly for 90 minutes and is limited to 6 participants. Private pay: $70/session ($420 total). Intake: $150 (waived for current clients). Superbills available.
