I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of South Carolina, with experience treating adults, couples, and families in primary care, emergency departments, and school settings. I have had the privilege of helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship problems, low self-esteem, life transitions, and many other challenges. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, with a concentration in counseling and mental health.
I use a holistic approach in my practice, incorporating the body, mind, and spirit to create a unique and individualized treatment plan for each of my clients. In addition, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including (CBT), solution-focused therapy, strength-based therapy, person-centered therapy, and culturally sensitive methods.
