About
Currently not accepting new clients. If you are feeling; stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, not like yourself, depressed and anxious more than you’d like, burnt out with no energy left, or isolated and lonely even in the midst of your busy life, then I am so glad you’re here and it’s time for a change. My goal is to help you find balance and feel happy and satisfied with your life. In a safe, therapeutic space with me, we will work on your communication so you can feel more connected to the people you care about. You will feel more confident and competent with increased positive thoughts and feelings through our work together.
I am here to offer perspective, support, hope and healing. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to reduce symptoms of Depression & Anxiety by helping you identify and deal with thoughts & emotions in a more helpful way and to help you find new ways of coping.
I work with adults struggling with Depression & Low Mood, Anxiety & Panic, Grief & Loss, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Parenting, Caregiving, Life Transitions, and other life challenges. I have a special interest in working with mothers in all stages of motherhood. I utilize online telehealth to make therapy convenient and easy to fit into your busy life.
