I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, men’s mental health, identity exploration, life transitions, cultural expectations, and the pressures of high-demand environments; including healthcare, athletics, the corporate world, and the military.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down‑to‑earth. I focus on creating a safe space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is person-centered at its core, and I draw from CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mental-performance strategies.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate leadership, competed as an athlete, and spent time working with forensic and substance use populations. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, clarify what matters most to you, and build practical tools so you can feel more confident and connected in your life.
