Hi. I'm Cami Jo. I work with individuals who are driven and feel a need to be "perfect" but are overwhelmed, stuck, or depleted. I am passionate about helping you navigate major life transitions, such as relationship changes (divorce/separation, coparenting, loss), spiritual and religious deconstruction, and trauma. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Together, we work to understand your barriers and strengths and find healing that honors what you truly value.
My style is authentic and collaborative mixed with an occasional dose of sarcasm.
I strive to create a space where you can be authentic, learning to feel safe in your own body and your own experiences. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma processing. I also call on IFS, DBT and EFT approaches.
I pursued counseling after going through a divorce and navigating coparenting and blended family dynamics. I come from a place of compassion and empowerment. We will work together to empower you to meet your unique goals and confront the barriers and challenges you are facing.
