I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing trauma from abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, self-esteem, self-harming, stress, and PTSD. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship, and I am here to advocate and support you in any way I can to help you achieve the life you envision for yourself.
My therapeutic style is person-centered and includes empathy, authenticity, compassion, connection, creativity, and evidenced-based therapy interventions.
