Hi, my name is Camesha Harper, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Through your therapeutic journey, I will meet you exactly where you are. Therapy can be scary and filled with uncertainty. We will work on the goals that you identify and together develop a plan of action. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumas in life, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, mood disorders, dysregulation, and BIPOC stressors.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Maternal Mental Health. I have found these strategies to be highly effective in managing changes to mood, motivation, decreasing stress, and healing.
In our sessions, I will hold a non-judgmental safe space filled with kindness, compassion, and empathy. Together we will develop strategies of coping in an emotionally safe and positive space.
