I have over 12 years experience in the mental health field specializing in trauma, stress, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, and life transitions.
I love what I do, and I am honored to be able to step into your life and help. I pride myself on creating safe spaces that encourages change on your terms. I am trained in Brainspotting, EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused), Mindfulness, and Stress Management Strategies.
