Life heaps burdens on us, and many of them we are not meant to bear alone. I am here to help bear those burdens. I have a passion of helping individuals dealing with sexual addiction, pornography addiction, infidelity, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and abuse using a Biblical foundation and proven therapeutic techniques. I am most passionate about helping individuals recover from the damage and shame of sex and porn addictions, and helping the spouses of addicts find healing from betrayal trauma. I use CBT techniques paired with a Biblical foundation, EMDR, and the 30 Task Model to help clients through their hurts, finding life and healing through the truth empirically backed therapies and Scripture.
