Welcome! I am a partner in Leek Therapy. Each person has their own unique story and reason for seeking therapy-it is my privilege to support you in this space! My work is trauma-informed and person-centered. My approach is largely feminist and I have a devotion to working with minoritized identities in ways that feel culturally-relevant. My previous experience in community mental health has allowed me to work with a wide variety of folks in ways that feel most accessible and meaningful to them. I want to meet you where you're at and am honored to accompany you on your journey of healing.
My therapeutic approach takes a feminist lens that focuses on empowerment and resilience. This allows us to interrogate the systemic factors that impact people's mental health and well-being as well as explore meaningful change. My style is eclectic, as I often incorporate various aspects as needed from different theoretical approaches and orientations.
