I want my clients to feel like they can come to me with anything. I am here to walk alongside them through their daily hardships and help them develop coping skills. I may challenge the client to get out of their comfort zone, but it is up to them to make that decision. Going to therapy doesn’t have to be shameful, in fact it is brave. It is brave to admit to oneself that they cannot do it on their own. One should not have to do life on their own.
I work with clients struggling with addiction, people who have loved ones struggling with addiction, grief/death loss, and the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone’s story is different and deserves to be heard. I want the client to know that I care about what they are going through and I am here to help them through their pain.
I am here to provide a safe space for each individual I see. Therapy is not easy, but you’re not doing it alone. I will be with you every step of the way.
