We will start there and I will support you in finding peace in your authentic self. I work with individuals, couples, and families that find themselves struggling with relationships, anger, depression, hopelessness, addictions of all sort, anxiety and everything in between. I want to walk alongside my clients to help them find their true selves and find meaning in whatever they do and whoever they intend to be. I use a person-centered, relational approach alongside skills building and mindfulness.
My first goal is to provide a unique space to be heard and understood while wrestling with life's challenges. I always want the client to feel empowered to drive the work, while I come alongside to validate, challenge, and encourage to dig deeper.
