Are you anxious, depressed, stuck, or searching? I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space for adults and adolescents of all religions, races, sexualities, and genders to process their needs, wants, traumas, and fears. I work from a core belief that our minds, bodies, and spirits are deeply connected. Treating the whole person, including the impact of stress on the body, is an important component to treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and more. I work collaboratively with each client to set their treatment goals and determine together what modalities will best fit in their healing process.
The stress we carry negatively impacts our bodies, and past trauma is stored on a cellular level. I am extensively trained in several somatic, trauma-based modalities, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and am certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy via the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI).
