I have experience working with individuals from a wide range of cultural, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My clinical experience includes supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, substance use concerns, trauma and PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and suicidality.
I approach every client with cultural humility, empathy, and respect, recognizing that each person's story and experiences are their own. I am committed to tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals, partnering with them to foster resilience, personal growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
