Hi there. Welcome to your new chapter of healing. Let's do this. I specialize in complex trauma, eating disorders, and addiction. I use trauma-focused approaches to help you address underlying “stuck points” that prevent you from feeling safe to grow.
I provide honest and direct feedback. I'm a hard-ass for your mental health... but I also meet you with compassion, empathy, humor, and a little bit (or more) of swearing. Trauma work isn't easy. I get it. But together, we will find a way to make this process more accessible, attainable, and rewarding for the long-term change you’re seeking.
I specialize in psychodynamics, CPT, IFS, and brainspotting for the treatment of formative and acute trauma. If you’re looking for a place to vent each week, I’m -NOT- your guy. I am here to challenge you to do the hard work, to support you, and to encourage you to grow. If you’re looking for a radical shift, we should talk.
