A lot of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck in their thoughts and emotions, and are looking for practical tools that actually help in everyday life. I provide a direct yet empathetic approach, helping clients identify patterns, set goals, and build practical tools for daily challenges. Using CBT, ACT, and DBT skills, I support emotion regulation, insight, and lasting, values-based change in a supportive, empowering space.
