I work with children, couples, and families navigating anxiety, communication challenges, and disconnection. My typical clients are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD or Autism and those experiencing sensory differences and emotional difficulties. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel validated, understood, and empowered to build healthier relationships. Our goals might include improving communication, managing stress, and developing effective coping strategies, but we’ll collaborate to create a personalized plan that fosters lasting change and growth.

I specialize in couples therapy using The Gottman Method and expressive arts, mindfulness, and emotion-focused techniques. I’m uniquely qualified to work with first responder couples (police, fire, paramedics, and more) navigating relationship dynamics. My work with children is guided by play therapy, emotional support, and neuro-affirming approaches.
