About
Many people face life challenges that may feel like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders. Sometimes it may feel easier to avoid the problem by trying not to think about it, self-medicating or secluding yourself from friends and family. As much as you may feel like this is the answer, it only prolonges your symptoms. Mental Health Transformation focuses on helping you find ways to decrease your symptoms with modalities that include, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems Therapy, Couple Therapy, and Grief Therapy.
Camelia Goodison is the owner of Mental Health Transformation, PLLC. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing since 2007. She is experienced with treating patients with depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, past trauma like child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.
Begin the healing process by taking a step towards transforming your mental health. MH Transformation is currently taking new patients. Feel free to give us a call or send an email to go over any questions or concerns that you may have about therapy.
