Join Larisa Hobbs, licensed therapist & registered yoga teacher, for this live virtual Mind+Body 6-week series for teens this spring! Classes are designed to help teens reduce stress, find balance, restore calm, and feel more in control of their lives. Participants will explore yoga, journaling, and creative movement as relaxation tools. They will also connect with other teens in a supportive environment while gaining tools to reduce anxiety, manage emotions, create calm in the brain and body, and support mental wellbeing. $240 includes all 1.5 hour sessions. Join Larisa Hobbs for an 8-week series of VIRTUAL prenatal yoga classes incorporating expressive arts and group processing to help mamas-to-be feel connected as they explore the transition to motherhood through visual arts, journaling, and movement.
