I am open to working will all ages and stages and have experience from birth to 75! I look at each person as an individual and enjoy supporting and being of service to anyone that is looking to be the best version of themselves! I specialize in healing the brain and body of trauma and taking control back from fear!
I look forward to working with you to co-create the truest, most beautiful life and relationships you can imagine. I marry cutting edge neuroscience with the body and attachment to support you from growing from the inside out. I will support you by providing a forward facing, integrative approach targeting all areas of your life.
You will learn about your body and brain and how they can function together in a balanced way. When you complete each session you will leave with at least one tool to aid you in your healing/growth. These weekly take away skills and experiments will allow you to try on different, hand selected strategies. Looking forward to hearing from you!
