During my 9+ years as a counselor, my mission has been to assist clients in their journey of self-healing by understanding their worldview. My goal as a holistic counselor is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself on every level (mind, body, spirit) and together we will work towards restoring your true self.
I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, insecurities, life transitions, poor body image, attachment issues and abandonment and am able to use a blend of various therapies and neuroscience to rewire the brain. I also gently challenge you to confront what is holding you back from being the person you are meant to be.
