Many of my clients begin working with me at a point of transition or change in their lives. They may be experiencing feelings of uncertainty, endless worry, or a lack of control. They may be stuck in patterns that are causing them to feel helpless, regretful, or unsure of themself. No matter your current circumstances, I’m glad you're here.
I am passionate about helping my clients process and navigate life transitions (career changes & burnout, college adjustment, breakups/divorce, parenting), anxiety, perfectionism, relationship concerns, self-esteem, personal growth, and body image concerns. I exclusively work with adults and specialize in supporting individuals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
