We use evidence-based methods like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and hypnotherapy, to name a few, to help process emotions and trauma and reduce symptoms like panic, nightmares, and emotional reactivity. We also teach practical tools to manage anxiety, improve communication, and regulate strong feelings—especially in the heat of the moment.
Our counselors have experience in high-stress environments including the military and public schools. We understand what it’s like to carry invisible weight—feeling overwhelmed, angry, or numb inside. We specialize in helping veterans, first responders, teachers, parents, young and older adults cope with anxiety, depression, and conflict.
