Trying to find the right therapist can be tedious, even nerve-wracking, and by being here you’ve taken the first, most important step. The fact that you made it here is meaningful, and vulnerable. Mental health is a journey, and I'd be honored to go along yours with you. The way I like to practice therapy is through careful collaboration and compassion. I want to help my clients evoke the changes they wish to see in themselves or their lives.
I am big on respect and preserving client dignity and autonomy- my job is not to give advice, it is to help clients realize the incredible insights, strengths, and resources they've always had inside. As a licensed clinician, I'll work hard to build a solid foundation of trust with you by emphasizing the positive traits and power you already hold within.
