Accepting new clients! Are current events taking a toll on you? If so, you're definitely not alone! Many of my clients are deeply impacted by the realities of the world and the things they hear about in the news. With concerns about climate change, and international affairs, many are facing anxiety, fear, and worry, not to mention feelings of overwhelm and hopelessness. With a client-centered approach, I help clients work through their feelings and find ways to feel empowered. As a body-based therapist, I help individuals listen to their bodies and uncover their own inner wisdom.
I offer individual therapy using a trauma-informed, integrative multicultural approach. I work with diverse clients who have salient intersectional identities, & I encourage clients to discuss their identities during sessions. Lived experience as a BIPOC, 2sLGBTQIA+, disabled counselor gives me a unique perspective to hear & support my clients.
