Many people go through life and encounter hardships and obstacles that at times may seem impossible to overcome. You deserve a nonjudgmental, supportive guide to walk that path with you for as long as you may need. Utilizing a humanistic lens, I strive to create a safe and supportive space using empathy and acceptance in order for clients to gain valuable insight, identify strengths, realize their capabilities, and heal.

I have prior experiences working in inpatient behavioral health, addiction recovery, community counseling, and private practice. I am a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly, culturally competent, health-at-every-size, and integrated counselor with a concentrate in Person-Centered Therapy, Feminist Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, IFS, and CBT.
