About
Many people go through life and encounter hardships. These obstacles may seem impossible to overcome. You deserve a nonjudgmental, supportive guide to walk that path with you. I strive to create a safe and supportive space using empathy and acceptance. This allows for clients to gain valuable insight, identify strengths, realize their capabilities, and heal.
I am passionate about those with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, communication issues, social injustice, trauma recovery, and more. I use a humanistic lens. I am an integrated counselor with a concentrate in Person-Centered Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and CBT.
I strive to help you understand the "why" of your thoughts and feelings. Once you are able to understand the "why" and understand this you can begin to heal.
