I have completed formal training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. When deeper trauma work is needed, I integrate this structured approach into our sessions. My style is grounded and person-centered, meaning our work moves at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and respectful of your story.
I offer the option to integrate Christian faith into therapy for clients with this desire. If faith isn’t part of your life, that's okay. Our work will focus fully on your personal values and goals.
