I show up with you, call out what’s getting in the way, and help you build the kind of connection and safety you’ve been missing by being radically genuine.
I use many research based methods, Gottman, CBT, EFT, Bowen, etc. But what matters most to me is building something real and useful with you, not just following a script. Coming from a high-stress, military family I understand how hard it can be to let your guard down and trust that change is possible. But it is. And I’d be honored to do it with you.
