Have you been through a trauma/adverse event that has challenged your view of yourself, or made you feel anxious or out of control? I do not judge, and want to hear your story. I have had personal experience with loss and trauma, and have benefited from caring support. Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, addiction, or a combination of challenges, I would like to help you through it. I consider it an honor to be trusted with the story of your experience. Even your darkest moments can emerge into light again. I know it's possible, as I've been through some dark spots.
