I have experience with adolescent and adults and specialize in the following areas: depression, anxiety, trauma (including C-PTSD and PTSD), and stress related issues that continue to negatively impact your overall wellbeing. I also work with women who are struggling with medical health conditions and the medical field.
I have a masters in counseling, and I am a licensed educational psychologist who has experience working in the school setting as a school psychologist. I have worked in mutiple fields such as juvenile hall, an inpatient psychatric facility and the schools. I believe that these experiences have helped me be a more well rounded and empathatic therapist.
