At Calm Waters Wellness, we serve children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, grief, spirituality, and life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. Our team offers both traditional and somatic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, and walk-and-talk therapy in the nature preserve adjacent to our office. We provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to build coping skills, improve relationships, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
Our Team
We all need a little help sometimes. In a world where outward perfection is often valued more than inner peace, it is easy to get lost. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who can help you heal from the inside out by addressing your mind, body and spirit. I have over a decade of experience counseling clients of all abilities and often incorporate brain-based education into my practice. It is my belief that once you understand how your mind works, you can better manage the thoughts, feelings and choices blocking your progress.

Hi, I’m Gina Randolph! I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and I’m also a retired military member. My years of service have taught me the true value of resilience, compassion, and connection — lessons that now guide my work as a therapist. Life transitions, relationship challenges, and overwhelming experiences can leave people feeling stuck. I work with teens, adults, and couples to help them find clarity, healing, and a path forward. I have particular experience supporting veterans, first responders, and their families, and understand the unique stressors that come with those roles.

Hi, I’m Cameron, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a deep passion for walking alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges, process their stories, and move toward healing and freedom. My own journey into the counseling field was shaped by personal experiences of growth, hardship, and healing, which have given me a deep respect for the courage it takes to step into therapy. I believe that powerful things can happen when we’re given a safe space to be fully seen and heard. My goal is to create that space for you—one that is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in hope.

Starting with the first session, we begin to lay the foundation of our working relationship as we discuss your strengths, triumphs, but also opportunities for growth and change. We will explore your background, including cultural influences, and what has made you, you. That first step of coming in can be difficult and uncomfortable, but the path that it leads to can be an amazing journey of self-discovery! My name is Jonita Jacobs, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a degree in Clinical Psychology-counseling specialization. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.
