Our Team
You may look like you have it together, but inside you feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or never quite good enough. Maybe you grew up learning to keep the peace, care for everyone else, or push your needs aside. Now you second-guess yourself, feel guilty setting boundaries, or repeat relationship patterns you promised you would change. Grief or trauma may have left you feeling disconnected, on edge, or stuck in survival mode. You understand why you feel this way, but insight alone has not helped you feel different. You want to stop carrying the past into the present and feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.

I am a firm believer that we don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are. It is not uncommon to feel as though you are merely surviving rather than living- the work I do helps clients graduate from “survival mode” to truly living life. I’d love to work alongside you as you build a life worth living!

Womanhood is full of moments that quietly rewrite who you are — becoming a mother, losing yourself in a relationship, stepping into a new chapter with no map. Maybe you're pregnant or newly postpartum, and the experience looks nothing like you expected. Maybe your children are growing up, and you're not sure who you are outside of that role. Maybe you're carrying anxiety you can't quite name, trying to hold everything together while quietly wondering if there's a different way to live.
