About
Our mission at Calm and Centered Counseling is to provide a supportive environment to assist adults, families and children in achieving a better self-understanding and awareness. Therapy is the opportunity to accept, learn and grow. We have a team of compassionate therapists that can help you navigate life transitions and issues which can lead you to feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled. We are here to help you explore feelings of anxiety, depression and addictive behaviors. We are also here to help you and your child explore how they cope with past issues and work through current distressful challenges.
Calm + Centered Counseling will provide you with a warm, inclusive and comfortable environment to promote wellness, growth and healing. Our therapists have attended extensive trainings in topics such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and solution-focused treatment modalities that will assist you and your child in gaining insight and self-awareness.
Therapy sessions will focus on working towards an optimistic future, developing positive coping methods, as well as boosting self-esteem and self-confidence. Please reach out to us to schedule an appointment with one of our compassionate therapists who will help guide and support you through life challenges and transitions.
