Facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, or the weight of a medical diagnosis. For many of my clients, cancer or another serious health condition has brought uncertainty, fear, and a deep sense of loss. These struggles don’t just affect the person receiving the diagnosis—they ripple through families and caregivers too. At the heart of it, you may simply want to feel steadier, better supported, and more hopeful about facing what lies ahead.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based approach to help adults shift unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and uncover resilience. In addition to anxiety, depression, and stress, I specialize in supporting cancer patients and caregivers—offering space for healing, strength, and hope.
Starting therapy takes courage, and you deserve a space where you feel understood and supported. My goal is to help you find balance, healing, and resilience—even in life’s hardest seasons. Let’s work together to create the change you’ve been hoping for.
