I specialize in chronic stress and trauma that disabled, neurodivergent, queer, and trans folks and their loved ones experience. I am an anti-oppressive therapist: no AI, Covid Conscious, no diagnosis without consent, and no calling the police. I have a 3 hour cancellation policy to increase access for chronically ill, sick, and disabled folks. Together we can explore topics of ableism, grief, and identity. Family, friendship, or individual sessions. My specialties include gender exploration, chronic illness, medical trauma, and caregiver support.
Are you looking to join a process group? I am currently offering a virtual weekly group to those who are adjusting to disability. This group is unique because folks joining have wide experiences and are ready to process the emotional and social experiences of disability (such as relationships, finances, accessibility, friendship, care, disability justice).
Group is drop-in, meaning you are not required to weekly but can join when you are able to. You will not be charged a cancellation or late fee for not attending. Fees are pay what you can between $5-$15 per session. If you are interested, please reach out through my consultation form.

New to Disability: Process Group
For adults 18-60 who are adjusting to new or acquired disabilities such as vision loss, hearing loss, limb loss, brain injury, mobility, immune, or nervous system function. Group members can drop in at any frequency that works for them. Provided over online, captioning available and cameras not required. Fees are $5, $10, or $15, pay what you can.
