We'll walk this healing journey, together, one step at a time. I'm dedicated to providing trauma-informed care for men, women, adolescents (15+), and young adults with mindfulness-based approaches that address the whole person. Each individual has unique treatment needs and goals, so we'll work closely on where you want to go- while integrating various therapeutic approaches via evidence-based methods with wellness interventions. This can look like, but not limited to, working with the body via somatic exploration, classic CBT, and values work through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, all with a solution-focused lens.
I've also focused my experience/education on working with Co-Occurring (Substance Use Disorder + Mental Health) presentations via a graduate degree through the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, an internship in Chicago on Northwestern Medicines Co-Occurring residential/outpatient program, and am currently providing group therapy at the Dilworth Center.
Another specialty is working alongside clients & their families in demanding professional roles such as: medicine, law, athletes, and executive roles. This experience allows me to support with discretion while navigating the oversight (eg. boards, EAPs) sometimes involved. I look forward to walking beside you on this adventure of growth.
