I am an LCSW from San Antonio, Tx. I have worked in many settings including residential and outpatient substance use, domestic violence, psychiatric hospital settings, and private practice. My goal is to provide a safe space where we can collaborate to find new ways of moving about in this world. I believe my patient is the expert in their own life, and I am just here to help them find their own solutions.
I use Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness to help you find clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
My approach is open and nonjudgmental, but challenging when necessary - let's face it, you didn't come to therapy to stay the same!
